Hi, I'm Judith from Royal Bay Skincare. Acne found me in a way I never expected. When my daughter began struggling with acne, I saw firsthand the gap between over-the-counter products and what was actually available through a doctor's office.

I wanted to truly understand acne so I could help guide her. What started as a search for answers quickly became a passion.

What is the Royal Bay Clarity System?

The Royal Bay Clarity System is a structured acne treatment approach designed to understand your skin and guide it back to clarity. The process begins with an Acne Discovery Consultation, where we analyze your skin and create a personalized skincare plan. From there, clients continue through one of the Clarity Journeys, a series of treatments and check-ins designed to progressively improve the skin.

Do I need to start with the Acne Discovery Consultation?

Yes. The Acne Discovery Consultation is the first step for all new acne clients. This visit allows us to analyze your skin, identify potential triggers, and create the right plan for your skin before beginning treatments.

What happens during the Acne Discovery Consultation?

During your consultation we review your skin history, lifestyle factors, and current skincare routine. You will receive a personalized skincare routine, acne education, and a customized acne skincare kit to begin correcting the skin immediately.

Why is home skincare required?

Professional treatments alone cannot correct acne. Consistent home care is essential to support the skin between treatments. Using the right products helps regulate oil production, prevent clogged pores, and calm inflammation.

What are the Clarity Journeys?

The Clarity Journeys are structured treatment plans designed to support your skin over time. Each journey includes a series of acne treatments, quick check-ins, and microneedling sessions to progressively improve skin health.

The three options are:

• Clear Transformation Journey

Your journey will be recommended based on your skin and goals.

How long does it take to see results?

Every skin journey is different. Many clients begin to see improvements within the first several weeks, but acne typically requires consistent care over several months to achieve lasting results.

Can teenagers participate in the program?

Yes. Many clients are teens and young adults. Parents are welcome to attend the consultation, and guidance is provided to help support teens in building healthy skincare habits.

Is the Beyond Acne Method medical treatment?

No. It is a supportive, educational approach to acne care and does not replace medical treatment. No restrictive diets are prescribed. Education focuses on awareness of patterns that may influence skin.

Do you treat active acne?

Yes. Treatments are designed to calm inflammation, support skin healing, and gradually improve acne-prone skin. In some cases, we may focus first on stabilizing the skin before introducing additional treatments such as microneedling.

Will this work for my skin?

Acne can have many contributing factors, which is why the Discovery Consultation is so important. By understanding your skin and creating a personalized plan, we can guide your skin toward improvement step by step.

Are your products safe for teens?

Yes. We work extensively with teen skin and ensure all product recommendations are age-appropriate, gentle, and supportive of developing skin — without aggressive or unnecessary actives.
